BASE-ISOLATED STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure capable of keeping costs low by simplifying a building process to shorten a construction period.SOLUTION: A base-isolated structure includes: a slab 12; a capital 13a that is joined to the upside of the slab 12; a base-isolating device 14 that has a downside fixed to the upside of the capital 13a; a capital 13b to which the upside of the base-isolating device 14 is fixed; a floor slab 15 that is joined to the capital 13b; and a column 16 that is joined to the capital 13b and the floor slab 15 and installed on the upside of the floor slab 15.
【課題】建築工程を簡易にして工期を短縮しコストを抑制することが可能な免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】スラブ１２と、スラブ１２上側に接合されたキャピタル１３ａと、キャピタル１３ａ上側に下側が固定された免震装置１４と、免震装置１４上側が固定されたキャピタル１３ｂと、キャピタル１３ｂに接合された床スラブ１５と、キャピタル１３ｂおよび床スラブ１５と接合して床スラブ１５上側に設置された柱１６とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
