PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure capable of reliably reducing acceleration and displacement by being applied to a structure with all vibration characteristics.SOLUTION: A base-isolated structure 1, which is provided in a base-isolated layer 4 between an upper structure 2 and a fixed end 3, includes a response reduction mechanism 8 for reducing response-during-earthquakes of the upper structure 2. A sliding base-isolating device 5 and at least one of an inertia mass damper 6 and a viscous-damping damper 7 are connected to the upper structure 2 and the fixed end 3, respectively, and arranged in parallel to constitute the response reduction mechanism 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
