GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD, EXCAVATION ROD USED FOR GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method for providing predetermined strength of a pile structure regardless of a soil property of the ground, without using a reinforcement material, in the ground improvement method for firmly improving the ground by constructing the pile structure, by solidifying in a column shape by mixing-agitating soil and a binder, by injecting the binder into the soil at a construction site.SOLUTION: A ground improvement method comprises a process of forming an excavation hole 40 of leaving excavation soil on the inside by excavating the ground up to the required depth by an excavation head 33, a process of injecting a binder from a nozzle 32 into the inside of the excavation hole 40, a process of making an unsolidified mixture 5 inside the excavation hole, a process of forming an unsolidified core part 6 made by the binder in the center of the unsolidified mixture 5 by injecting the binder into the center of the unsolidified mixture 5 while lifting the nozzle 32 from an inner bottom part of the excavation hole 40 on the inside of the unsolidified mixture 5 and a process of solidifying the unsolidified mixture 5 and the unsolidified core part 6 on the inside of the excavation hole 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工現場で土壌の中に結合材を注入し、土壌と結合材を混合撹拌して柱状に固化させ、杭構造体を構築して地盤を強固に改良する地盤改良工法において、補強材を使用しなくても、地盤の土質に関係なく杭構造体の所定の強度が得られるようにした地盤改良工法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤を掘削ヘッド33により所要の深さまで掘削して内部に掘削土が残る掘削孔40を形成する工程、掘削孔40の内部にノズル32から結合材を注入する工程、掘削孔40の内部の掘削土と結合材を撹拌部材により混合撹拌し、掘削孔の内部に未固化の混合物5をつくる工程、未固化の混合物5の内部において、ノズル32を掘削孔40の内底部から上昇させながら、未固化の混合物5の中心に結合材を注入して、未固化の混合物5の中心に結合材でつくられた未固化の芯部6を形成する工程、掘削孔40の内部の未固化の混合物5と未固化の芯部6を固化する工程とを備える地盤改良工法である。【選択図】図2
