GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD, EXCAVATION ROD DEVICE USED IN GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD, AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
To provide a ground improvement method which can efficiently perform work of setting a distance between a binding material injection part of an excavation rod and an excavation head to a predetermined length that prevents disturbance of an unsolidified mixture without direct manual work.SOLUTION: A ground improvement method includes the steps of: forming an excavation hole where excavation soil remains therein; injecting a binding material into the excavation hole; mixing and stirring the excavation soil and the binding material inside the excavation hole and forming an unsolidified mixture; sliding an excavation rod 3 with respect to an excavation head 43, and setting a distance between a discharge port 390 of the excavation rod 3 and the excavation head 43 to a predetermined length which prevents disturbance of the unsolidified mixture in the vicinity of the discharge port 390 when the excavation head 3 is rotated inside the unsolidified mixture; injecting the binding material into the unsolidified mixture while lifting the discharge port 390, and forming an unsolidified core part; and solidifying the unsolidified mixture and the unsolidified core part inside the excavation hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地盤改良工法において、掘削ロッドの結合材注入部と掘削ヘッドの距離を未固化の混合物の乱れが生じにくい所定の長さにする作業を直接的な手作業によらず、効率よく行うことができる地盤改良工法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良工法は、内部に掘削土が残る掘削孔を形成する工程と、掘削孔の内部に結合材を注入する工程と、掘削孔の内部の掘削土と結合材を混合撹拌し未固化の混合物をつくる工程と、掘削ロッド3の吐出口390と掘削ヘッド43との距離を、掘削ヘッド43に対して掘削ロッド3をスライドさせて、掘削ヘッド3が未固化の混合物内部で回転したときの吐出口390近傍の未固化の混合物の乱れが生じにくい所定の長さにする工程と、未固化の混合物の内部において吐出口390を上昇させながら、結合材を注入して、未固化の芯部を形成する工程と、掘削孔の内部の未固化の混合物と未固化の芯部を固化させる工程とを備える。【選択図】図4
