GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD, AND EXCAVATION DEVICE FOR GROUND IMPROVEMENT
To provide a method of constructing a drain hole (a crushed stone pile) by crushed stones pressure-tightly and efficiently as a countermeasure against liquefaction of a sand ground B.SOLUTION: An excavation device is constituted of: a casing 1 vertically provided with crushed stone loading ports 12 with a prescribed interval; an excavation rod 2 included in the casing 1 and provided with an excavation portion 22 comprising an excavation bit and a pressing-in spiral blade at its lower end; and a connection body 3 detachably mounted to an upper end of the casing and connected to an upper end of the excavation rod. The casing 1 is built in a ground C by bore hole excavation without earth removal by the excavation portion of the excavation device mounted on a prescribed excavation machine body A. While gradually performing crushed stone loading from the crushed stone loading ports 12 of the casing and filling compression of the loaded crushed stones by the excavation portion so as to follow the pulling-out of the casing, the excavation device is pulled out to construct a crushed stone pile D in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 砂地盤Bの液状対策として砕石によるドレン孔(砕石杭)を圧密に且つ効率的に構築する工法を提供する。【解決手段】上下適宜間隔で砕石投入口12を設けたケーシング1と、ケーシング1に内装され、下端に掘削ビット及び抑え込み螺旋羽根を備えた掘削部22を設けた掘削ロッド2と、ケーシング上端に着脱自在に装着すると共に、掘削ロッド上端に連結する連繋体3とで構成した掘削装置を、所定の掘削機体Aに装着して掘削部による無排土穿孔掘削によって、地盤Cにケーシング1の立て込みを行い、ケーシングの砕石投入口12から砕石投入及び投入砕石の掘削部による充填圧縮を、ケーシングの引き抜きに合わせて段階的に行いながら掘削装置を引き抜いて地盤に砕石杭Dを構築する。【選択図】図3
