UNIT TYPE BUILDING HAVING LEAN-TO ROOF BALCONY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier-free lean-to roof balcony capable of going in an out of the living room unit side without a floor step difference, by lowering a drainer of the sweeping-out window lower end of an adjacent upper floor building unit, without changing a height of an upper beam of a lower floor building unit, in a unit type building.SOLUTION: In a unit type building having adjacently an upper floor building unit 2 and a lean-to roof balcony 4 on a lower floor building unit 1, the lean-to roof balcony 4 comprises a three-way frame 41 composed of a beam 41a in substantially parallel by separating from the upper floor building unit 2 and a beam 41b substantially orthogonal to the upper floor building unit 2, without a floor beam along the adjacent upper floor building unit 2 side and a floor support body 43 installed in its three-way frame 41 and supporting a floor surface material 45. Actually, the floor support body 43 partially projects under the three-way frame 41, and is positioned inside a ceiling beam 11 of the lower floor building unit 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ユニット式建物において、下階建物ユニットの上梁の高さを変えることなく、隣接する上階建物ユニットの掃出し窓下端の水切りを下げられて、居室ユニット側から床段差なく出入りできるバリアフリーの下屋バルコニーを提供する。【解決手段】下階建物ユニット１の上に上階建物ユニット２と下屋バルコニー４を隣接して備えるユニット式建物であって、下屋バルコニー４は、隣接する上階建物ユニット２側に沿った床梁が無くて、上階建物ユニット２と離間して略平行する梁４１ａと、上階建物ユニット２と略直交する梁４１ｂとからなる三方のフレーム４１と、その三方のフレーム４１内に取り付けられて、床面材４５を支持する床支持体４３と、を備える。具体的には、床支持体４３は部分的に、三方のフレーム４１の下方に突出して、下階建物ユニット１の天井梁１１の内方に位置している。【選択図】図１
