ANCHOR GEAR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor gear capable of being correctly installed without deforming or breaking a component and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: An anchor gear 100 comprises: an anchor sleeve pipe 110 which is placed in a concavity 910 formed on a foundation 900; and an anchor body 120 which is driven into the foundation 900 surrounded by the anchor sleeve pipe 110. The anchor sleeve pipe 110 comprises: a north side plate and a south side plate 10s; an east upper connecting material 14e which connects the north side plate and the south side plate and has an upper guide projection; a west connecting material 14w with the upper guide projection; an east lower connecting material 15e with a lower guide projection; and a west lower connecting material 15w with a lower guide projection. The anchor body 120 comprises: a steel pipe 70; and anchor blades 80e, 80w which are installed on the steel pipe 70 and face to each other. The anchor blades 80e, 80w are guided by the upper guide projection and the lower guide projection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】部材を変形や破損することなく、正確に設置することができるアンカー装置およびアンカー装置の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】アンカー装置１００は、地盤９００に形成された凹部９１０に載置されるアンカー鞘管１１０と、これに包囲された地盤９００に打ち込まれるアンカー本体１２０とを有し、アンカー鞘管１１０は、北側板および南側板１０ｓと、これらを連結し、上ガイド突起を具備する東上連結材１４ｅ、上ガイド突起を具備する西上連結材１４ｗ、下ガイド突起を具備する東下連結材１５ｅ、および下ガイド突起を具備する西下連結材１５ｗとを具備し、アンカー本体１２０は、鋼管７０と、鋼管７０に設置された対向したアンカー羽根８０ｅ、８０ｗとを具備し、アンカー羽根８０ｅ、８０ｗは上ガイド突起および下ガイド突起に案内される。【選択図】図１
