PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronized gloss mat decorative sheet that is a decorative sheet having an atmosphere near that of a real tree, the decorative sheet also having a harmony expression and allowing an application for an incombustible material.SOLUTION: A synchronized gloss mat decorative sheet is characterized by comprising: a transparent thermoplastic resin layer embossed in one face; a pattern layer having a pattern synchronized with an emboss pattern in a non-emboss face that is the opposite face of an emboss face formed with the emboss of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer; a matte layer formed on the emboss face formed with the emboss of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer; and a glossy negative pattern layer having a negative pattern of the pattern of the pattern layer in a pattern synchronized with the salient of the emboss pattern over the matte layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
