PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gloss mat decorative sheet capable of obtaining a design in which a pattern printed on a pattern printing layer and appearance of a surface protective layer are synchronized with each other.SOLUTION: A gloss mat decorative sheet 10 has a base resin layer 2, a pattern printing layer 3 on which a pattern is printed and a surface protective layer 20 formed in this order on a base material 1, where the pattern printing layer 3 has a first pattern formation part 3a on which the pattern is formed and a second pattern formation part 3b on which the pattern is formed and that has a pattern with density different from that of the first pattern formation part 3a, the surface protective layer 20 contains a mat resin layer 4 that is a delustered layer and a gloss resin layer 5 that is formed on a same plane with the mat resin layer 4 and is a glazed layer, the mat resin layer 4 has a positive pattern part 4a laminated on the first pattern formation part 3a and a negative pattern part 4b laminated on the second pattern formation part 3b, and the negative pattern part 4b and the gloss resin layer 5 are synchronized with each other on the same plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
