PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pearl gloss mat decorative sheet capable of obtaining a design having high brightness.SOLUTION: A pearl gloss mat decorative sheet 10 has a base resin layer 2 formed on a base material 1, a pattern printing layer 3 that is formed on the base resin layer 2 and on which a pattern is printed, a mat resin layer 4 that is formed on the pattern printing layer 3 and is a delustered layer, and a pearl gloss layer 7 which is formed on a same plane with the mat resin layer 4 on the pattern printing layer 3 and contains a pearl pigment, and is a glazed layer, where the pattern printing layer 3 has a pattern formation part 3a on which the pattern is formed and a pearl pattern part 3b containing the pearl pigment, and the pearl gloss layer 7 is laminated on the pattern formation part 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
