PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic joint used with a connecting structure between a manhole and a lateral sewer, the aseismic joint preventing a lateral shift caused by water pressure, without increasing pressing force on a drilled surface at a large-diameter part of the joint.SOLUTION: An aseismic joint for a manhole is fitted in a drilled hole 9 through a manhole side wall 8, and has a large-diameter part 2 of which a diameter is widened by a protruded metal fitting 6 from an inner peripheral side. A seal lip 5 formed at a prescribed interval in an axial direction on an outer periphery of the large-diameter part comprises an inclined surface 5a and a vertical surface 5b, and has a sawtooth-like form. The inclined surface 5a has a sponge 22 bonded thereon in flush with a tip of the seal lip, and is pressed against the drilled surface when the diameter is widened by the protruded metal fitting 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】マンホールと取付管との接続構造に用いられる耐震継手において、継手大径部の削孔面への圧着力を高めなくても水圧によって横ずれすることがない耐震継手を提供する。【解決手段】マンホール側壁8にあけられた削孔9内に取付けられ、内周側から張出し金具6によって拡径され、削孔面に圧着する大径部2を備えたマンホール用耐震継手において、大径部外周に軸方向に一定間隔で形成されるシールリップ5は、傾斜面5aと垂直面5bとで形成されて鋸歯状をなし、傾斜面5aにはスポンジ22がシールリップ先端と面一をなして添着され、張出し金具6による拡径により削孔面に圧着する。【選択図】図6
