FOAMING FILLING ADIABATIC CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STEEL SHELL BUILDING FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building such as a strong and highly durable house using a tough steel shell as a building frame in a problem 1, solve a problem of causing mold and local corrosion by dew condensation due to a gap between a thermal insulation material and a building frame, exterior and interior of the building such as the house of high thermal insulation and high airtight of the present in a problem 2, provide the building such as the house in a very short construction period by simplifying a construction method and a step in a problem 3, and provide the building such as the house enabling the construction by "using the tough steel shell as the building frame, and ensuring superior comfort and durability, in a short construction period".SOLUTION: An adiabatic construction method is characterized by: constituting an exterior 4, an external space 5, a steel shell building frame 1, an inner space 9 and an interior 8, sequentially from the outside of a building such as a house using a steel shell as a building frame; and providing the external foaming insulating layer 5 and the internal foaming insulating layer 9 by injecting a liquid foaming thermal insulation material in the external space 5 and the inner space 9 and changing the spaces into insulating layers by foaming, filling and adhering. The present invention takes as means the foaming adiabatic construction method of a steel shell building frame composed of the above configuration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
