PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting having a joint-like part and an improved design, along with a manufacturing method for the fitting.SOLUTION: Two insertion parts 52, 52 that are in a close proximity with each other of two adjacent decorative members 5, 5 are inserted respectively into insertion grooves formed on a core material 2. A boundary part of the two insertion parts 52, 52 inserted into the insertion grooves is a joint-like part 31. The joint-like parts 31, 31, ... appear as a joint of a fitting 1. The joint-like part 31 is made deeper as the insertion groove is made deeper. In other words, a design with a depth at the joint-like parts 31, 31, ... is obtained that gives a three-dimensional impression. As a result, the design of the fitting 1 is enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】目地状部分を有し、意匠性が向上された建具及び建具の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】芯材２に設けられている各挿入溝には、隣り合う２個の化粧部材５，５の、互いに近接する２個の挿入部５２，５２が挿入されている。挿入溝に挿入されている２個の挿入部５２，５２の境界部分は、目地状部分３１である。目地状部分３１，３１，…は、建具１の目地のように見える。挿入溝を深くするほど、目地状部分３１を深くすることができる。つまり、目地状部分３１，３１，…に深い奥行きが感じられる立体的な印象の意匠を得ることができる。この結果、建具１の意匠性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図２
