HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE, HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL UNIT, AGITATION FAN, AND METHOD FOR BUILDING FURNACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of heat insulation performance of a heat insulation material even when dew condensation is caused between the heat insulation material and an outer wall, which form a furnace wall, by influence of temperature and humidity differences between a furnace interior atmosphere and a furnace exterior atmosphere of a heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: In a heat treatment furnace 1 that performs heat treatment of a workpiece W, a furnace wall 5 comprises an outer wall 6 and a heat insulation material unit 7. The heat insulation material unit 7 includes: a base material layer 7a formed by a heat insulation material; and a waterproof resin film 7b covering at least one surface of the base material layer 7a. The heat insulation material unit 7 is disposed so that the waterproof resin film 7b faces an inner surface of the outer wall 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱処理炉の炉内雰囲気と炉外雰囲気の温度差や湿度差の影響により、炉壁を構成する断熱材と外壁との間に結露が生じたとしても、断熱材の断熱性能を低下させない。【解決手段】ワークWの熱処理を行う熱処理炉1において、炉壁5が外壁6と断熱材ユニット7で構成され、前記断熱材ユニット7は、断熱材から成る基材層7aと、前記基材層7aの少なくとも1面を覆う耐水性樹脂フィルム7bとを備え、前記断熱材ユニット7は、前記耐水性樹脂フィルム7bが前記外壁6の内面に対向するように配置されている。【選択図】図1
