CEILING STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling structure which can prevent the ceiling material and the ceiling backing from falling to a floor surface at low cost even when the ceiling material and the ceiling backing are subjected to action of horizontal force or vertical force or are degraded or damaged.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure 1 includes lightweight steel frame backing 10 provided in a ceiling cavity space, and plate-shaped ceiling boards 20 attached to the lightweight steel frame backing 10. The lightweight steel frame backing 10 includes: a plurality of suspension bolts 11 supported in a suspended manner from an upper structure 40 in the ceiling cavity; a plurality of ceiling joist receivers 12 supported by the suspension bolts 11 and extending approximately horizontal and approximately parallel to each other; ceiling joists 13 supported by the ceiling joist receivers 12 and extending approximately orthogonal to the ceiling joist receivers 12, and also extending approximately horizontal and approximately parallel to each other. Further, sheets 33 are provided, each of which extends downward from the ceiling joist 13 through a gap between the plurality of ceiling boards 20 and attached to the lower surfaces of the ceiling boards 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】天井材や天井下地に水平力や鉛直力が作用したり、天井材や天井下地が劣化あるいは破損したりしても、これら天井材や天井下地が床面まで落ちるのを低コストで防止できる天井構造を提供すること。【解決手段】天井構造1は、天井裏空間に設けられた軽量鉄骨下地10と、この軽量鉄骨下地10に取り付けられる板状の天井ボード20と、を備える。軽量鉄骨下地10は、天井裏の上部構造体40から吊下げ支持された複数の吊りボルト11と、この吊りボルト11に支持されて略水平かつ互いに略平行に延びる複数の野縁受け12と、この野縁受け12に支持されて野縁受け12に略直交しかつ略水平で互いに略平行に延びる野縁13と、を備える。野縁13から複数の天井ボード20同士の隙間を通って下方に延びて、この天井ボード20の下面に貼り付けられたシート33を備える。【選択図】図3
