To provide a ceiling structure suppressed in glare caused by point-like light sources when one looks up.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure 50 has a substrate 10b horizontally fixed to a ceiling part in a building and provided in a lattice state and a luminaire attached to a part of the substrate 10b. The luminaire has a body panel 30 fixed to a part of the substrate 10b, the body panel 30 has a horizontally provided base part 20 and multiple light emission parts 25 provided in a box state opened downward to protrude upward from the base part 20, respectively, each of the light emission parts 25 has a light emission substrate 23 provided on the lower side face of an upper face of each of the light emission parts 25 and having multiple point-like light sources arranged on the lower side face of the substrate, and a light transmission board 24 which is provided so as to face the lower side of the light emission substrate 23 and transmitting a part of the light emitted from each of the point-like light sources. A part of the substrate 10b is fixed to the upper face of the base part 20 around the multiple light emission parts 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
