PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ceiling structure which hardly transmits vibration of an upper structure to a ceiling component such as a ceiling board material, and which therefore can holding vibration isolation performance, and can hold even earthquake resistant performance, and a construction method of the ceiling structure.SOLUTION: The ceiling structure is provided that comprises: a hanging material (a hang bolt) provided in a hanging condition in an upper structure 2; a ceiling component (a ceiling substrate and a ceiling board material) supported by the hanging material; a connection bracket 10 provided in the upper structure 2; a brace 20 extending toward the connection bracket 10 from the ceiling component; a shaft member 7 penetrating through the connection bracket 10 and the brace 20; and an elastic member 30 for surrounding the shaft member 7, the elastic member 30 has a body part 32a interposed between the connection bracket 10 and the brace 20, and a projection part 32b inserted into at least one of the connection bracket 10 and the brace 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】上部構造体の振動が天井板材等の天井構成材に伝わり難く防振性能を保持できるとともに耐震性能も保持できる天井構造およびその構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】上部構造体2に垂設された吊材(吊りボルト)と、吊材に支持された天井構成材(天井下地および天井板材)と、上部構造体2に設けられた連結ブラケット10と、天井構成材から連結ブラケット10に向かって延出するブレース20と、連結ブラケット10およびブレース20を貫通する軸部材7と、軸部材7を囲む弾性部材30と、を備える天井構造であって、弾性部材30は、連結ブラケット10とブレース20との間に介設される本体部32aと、連結ブラケット10およびブレース20の少なくとも一方に挿入される突出部32bとを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
