REMOVAL METHOD OF HARMFUL SUBSTANCE-CONTAINING COATING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove an undercoating conditioner and an elastic coating material at a front side which are coated on the surface of a construction and where at least one contains a harmful substance without scattering the harmful substance.SOLUTION: A suction type grinder 20 and a blast device having a nozzle head are used when removing an undercoating conditioner 3a coated on a wall surface 2 and an elastic coating material 3b at a front side. First, the grinding portion exposed from the case opening of the elastic coating material 3b is ground while sucking the inside of the case of the suction type grinder 20 via a suction hose 80a sucked by a vacuum device 50. Next, an abrasive is sprayed from the nozzle head of the blast device to the undercoating conditioner 3a exposed after grinding and the undercoating conditioner 3a is peeled and removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建造物の面に塗布された、少なくとも一方に有害物質が含有される下地調整剤及び表面側の弾性系塗装材を、有害物質を飛散させることなく容易に除去すること。【解決手段】壁面２に塗装された下地調整剤３ａ及び表面側の弾性系塗装材３ｂを除去する際に、吸引式グラインダ２０と、ノズルヘッドを有するブラスト装置とを用いる。まず、バキューム装置５０で吸引される吸引ホース８０ａを介して吸引式グラインダ２０のケース内を吸引しながら、ケース開口から露出した研削部により、弾性系塗装材３ｂの研削を行う。次に、除去後に露出した下地調整剤３ａに、ブラスト装置のノズルヘッドから研削材を噴き付け、下地調整剤３ａを剥離して除去する。【選択図】 図１
