To easily remove a base conditioner and an elastic coating material at a surface side which are applied to a surface of a building and at least one of which contains a harmful substance without scattering the harmful substance.SOLUTION: When a base conditioner 3a and an elastic coating material at a surface side which are applied to a wall surface 2 are removed, a worker turns a recovery separation tank 130 and a pressure tank 131 into independent states by using a partition mechanism, attaches a grinder part to a through hole of a case 121, and grinds the elastic coating material with the grinder part to remove the elastic coating material while suctioning the interior of the case 121 through a suction hose 125 by using a vacuum device 50. Next, the worker turns the recovery separation tank 130 and the pressure tank 131 into a communication state by using the partition mechanism, attaches a nozzle 122 to the through hole of the case 121, and sprays an abrasive material 111 to the base conditioner 3a, which is exposed by removal by the grinder part, from the nozzle 121 to remove the base conditioner 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建造物の面に塗布された、少なくとも一方に有害物質が含有される下地調整剤及び表面側の弾性系塗装材を、有害物質を飛散させることなく容易に除去すること。【解決手段】壁面２に塗装された下地調整剤３ａ及び表面側の弾性系塗装材を除去する際に、仕切機構により回収分離タンク１３０と加圧タンク１３１とを独立状態とし、ケース１２１の貫通孔にグラインダ部を装着し、バキューム装置５０で吸引ホース１２５を介してケース１２１内を吸引しながら、当該グラインダ部により弾性系塗装材を研削して除去する。次に、仕切機構により回収分離タンク１３０と加圧タンク１３１とを連通状態とし、ケース１２１の貫通孔にノズル１２２を装着し、グラインダ部での除去により露出した下地調整剤３ａにノズル１２１から研削材１１１を噴き付けて除去する。【選択図】 図３
