SYSTEM FOR REMOVING COATING MATERIAL CONTAINING TOXIC SUBSTANCE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a coating material containing toxic substance from a wall surface and others at low costs.SOLUTION: In a system for removing coating material containing toxic substance 10, a coating material 3 is ground by a grinding part, which rotates in a case, of a suction type grinder 20, while ground powder dust of coating material is sucked from a tip opening of suction hoses 80a-80c communicated with an inside of a case through an open hole from outer face of the case. The sucked powder dust of the coating material is collected by a bug receiver tank 30 and a HEPA filter device 40 that are stored in a sealed state in a storage room 70. When exchanging a bug filter or HEPA filter filled up by the collecting process, an L-shaped line zipper of the storage room 70 should be opened to enter the storage room and closed in order to exchange the filter in a closed space.
【課題】壁面等から有害物質を含む塗装材を低コストで除去すること。【解決手段】有害物質含有塗装材除去システム10において、吸引式グラインダ20により、ケース内で回転する研削部で塗装材3を研削しながら、研削された塗装材粉塵を、ケース外面から貫通孔を介してケース内に連通する吸引ホース80a〜80cの先端開口から吸引する。この吸引された塗装材粉塵を、収納室70に密閉状に収納されたバグレシーバタンク30及びHEPAフィルタ装置40で捕集する。この捕集により満杯となったバグフィルタやHEPAフィルタを交換する際に、収納室70のL字型の線ファスナを開けて入った後、閉じて、閉鎖空間内で交換を行う。【選択図】 図1
