REINFORCEMENT ARRANGEMENT MEMBER AND REINFORCEMENT ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement arrangement member that has a simple structure, is capable of being manufactured inexpensively, and has excellent workability.SOLUTION: A reinforcement arrangement member 20 is used for arranging a reinforcement 10 in constructing a reinforced-concrete floor by using a deck plate 4 on which a plurality of webs 2 having a double-ply part 2a are provided at an interval. The reinforcement arrangement member includes: a main body part 21 for reinforcement arrangement, that has a length approximately equal to a distance between adjacent webs on the deck plate; and implantation parts 22a, 22b that are provided at both ends of the main body part 21 and are to be implanted into slits of caulking parts 5 provided at the webs 2. Implanting the implantation parts at both ends of the reinforcement arrangement member into the slits of the caulking parts of the left and right webs makes the reinforcement arrangement member be laid between the webs; a reinforcement is arranged on the laid reinforcement arrangement member. Simple work of implanting the implantation parts at both ends into the caulking parts of the webs enables attachment to the deck plate, which achieves excellent construction efficiency and an inexpensive construction cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な構造で安価に製作でき、施工性に優れた鉄筋配置用部材を提供する。【解決手段】二枚合わせ部2aを有する複数のウエブ2を間隔をあけて備えたデッキプレート4を用いて鉄筋コンクリート床を施工する際に鉄筋10を配置するための鉄筋配置用部材20である。デッキプレートの隣り合うウエブ間の距離と略同じ長さを有する鉄筋配置用の本体部21と、本体部21の両端に設けた、前記ウエブ2に設けられたカシメ部5の切れ込みに刺し入れられる刺入部22a、22bとを有する。鉄筋配置用部材を、その両端の刺入部を左右のウエブのカシメ部の切れ込みにそれぞれ差し入れて、ウエブ間に架け渡す。その上に鉄筋を配置する。両端の刺入部をウエブのカシメ部に差し込むという簡単な作業で、デッキプレートに取り付けることができるので、施工能率が良好であり、施工コストが安く済む。【選択図】図1
