PROCESSING JIG FOR OPENING ROUND SEAT OF HANDLE SHAFT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing jig that prevents dislocation of a round seat and creasing of a decorative sheet, when a lever handle is operated.SOLUTION: A processing jig has a circular arc-form groove 21 formed on an end thereof. A plurality of reference rods 18 is planted on a surface of the processing jig in a set development pattern. Furthermore, a plate-form reference rod having a knob 19 protruded is planted on the other surface of the processing jig, the plate-form reference rod being exposed from a prepared hole 14 opening on a door surface and inserted into each of a plurality of fitting and insertion holes 11 on a column that opens in the same development pattern, thereby setting a relative position between the groove 21 and a round seat at a prescribed positional relationship. Then, a cutter is inserted into the groove 21 for cutting a decorative sheet along the groove, thus cutting out the decorative sheet in a circular form having a same diameter as an outer diameter of the round seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 レバーハンドルを操作しても丸座がずれず、したがって化粧シートにしわが寄らない加工治具を提供する。【解決手段】 一端部に円弧状の溝２１を形成し、一面に複数の基準杆１８を一定の展開パターンで埴設すると共に、他面に摘み１９を突設した板状体の基準杆を、扉面に開口した下穴１４に露出し、同じ展開パターンで開口する複数の取付柱挿通孔１１の夫々に差し入れることにより、溝２１と丸座との相対関係位置を所定の位置関係に定め、しかる後溝２１にカッターを差し入れ、溝に沿って化粧シートに切り込みを入れることにより、化粧シートを丸座外径と同径の円形に切り出す。【選択図】図４
