DUMMY CASE FOR MACHINING ROUND SEAT OPENING OF HANDLE SHAFT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy case for making it unnecessary to use a lock box for exposing a mounting hole insertion hole to the prepared hole opening of a door surface.SOLUTION: The dummy case comprises: a mounting plate 22 being a slender plate-like body having almost the same dimension and shape as the front plate of a lock box, which is attachably/detachably mounted on a lock box opening of the free side end edge of a door, and mounted with a grip 23 at an external surface side; and a pair of sleeve plates 27 being a pair of plate-like bodies with one sides connected to the side end edge sections of the mounting plate 22, which are parallel with each other and with the side plates of the lock box, and formed with a plurality of open reference holes 33. A positional relationship between the developed patterns of the reference holes 33 in each sleeve plate 27 and the mounting plate 22 is set to be same as a positional relationship between the front plate of the lock box and a mounting hole insertion hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】扉面の下穴開口に露呈させるために錠箱を使用しないで済むダミーケースを提供する。【解決手段】錠箱のフロント板とほぼ同じ寸法形状で、扉の自由側端縁の錠箱開口に着脱可能に装着されると共に、外面側にグリップ２３を装着した、細長い板状体である取付板２２と、この取付板２２の側端縁部に一辺を接続され、相互にかつ錠箱の側板と平行な一対の板状体で、複数の基準穴３３を開口させた一対の袖板２７とを有し、各袖板２７における基準穴３３の展開パターンと、取付板２２との位置関係を、錠箱におけるフロント板と取付柱挿通孔との位置関係と同じにした。【選択図】図７
