WATERPROOF PLATE LOCKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shield an attachment part of a locking device from the outside and thereby prevent the locking device form being broken easily.SOLUTION: In a waterproof plate locking device 1, a pair of vertical frames 3 each having a guide groove 6a are installed so that the guide grooves 6a oppose to each other. Waterproof plates 4 are stacked over another to form three layers, each waterproof plate being attached by sliding both end parts thereof along the guide grooves 6a of the opposing vertical frames 3. A lock 10 incorporating a lock body 15 is installed at the upper part in the vertical frame 3, and an inner-side end part 14 having a keyhole 18 is exposed on the inner surface side of the vertical frame 3. In the lock 10, the inner-side end part 14 is fixed with a fastening nut 16 in the inside of the vertical frame 3. The lock body 15 of the lock 10 is provided with an engagement piece 17 which is advanceable and retractable to the guide groove 6a. The engagement piece 17 is positioned inside the vertical frame 3 when housing or removing the waterproof plates 4, and the engagement piece 17 is advanced into the guide groove 6a in locking, to prevent the waterproof plates 4 from being removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ロック部材の取り付け部を外部に露出させないで破錠を容易に行えないようにした。【解決手段】防水板ロック装置１は、ガイド溝６ａを備えた一対の縦枠３をガイド溝６ａが対向するように設置した。縦枠３の対向するガイド溝６ａに沿って防水板４の両端部を摺動させて取り付け、３層重ねる。縦枠３内の上部に錠前本体１５を内蔵した錠前１０を設置し、鍵穴１８を有する内側端部１４を縦枠３の内面側に露出させた。錠前１０は縦枠３内に締め付けナット１６で内側端部１４と固定した。錠前１０の錠前本体１５は、ガイド溝６ａに対して進退可能な係止片１７を設けた。防水板４を収納または取り外すときには係止片１７を縦枠３内に位置させ、ロック時には係止片１７をガイド溝６ａ内に進出させて、防水板４の取り外しをできないようにした。【選択図】図４
