UNDERFLOOR VENT WATER STOP DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor vent water stop device that can reliably make water stop of an underfloor vent while being a simple configuration, and furthermore, can easily perform opening/closing lid operation of the underfloor vent.SOLUTION: An underfloor vent water stop device concerning the present invention is installed in an underfloor vent of a building and prevents entry of water. The underfloor vent water stop device is characterized as follows: the device is constituted of a frame part and a lid part; the frame part bores a vent communication hole substantially in the central part and forms a seal part between the buildings for surrounding an opening edge of the vent communication hole and coming into abutment with an underfloor vent peripheral edge watertightly in one side surface, and forms a lid insertion groove capable of inserting an end edge outside lid part in the other side surface and having the outer end edge pressing the other side surface by insertion as much as possible; the lid part assumes a contour for coating the vent communication hole, and forms a seal part between the frame parts coming into abutment with the other side surface of the frame part watertightly in one side surface; and in the frame part or/and the lid part mounted in the frame part, a biasing fixing part is formed for pressing the lid part to the frame part and substantially fixing it in a position opposed to the lid insertion groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シンプルな構成でありながら床下換気口を確実に止水可能であり、しかも、床下換気口の開閉蓋操作を容易に行うことができる床下換気口止水装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る床下換気口止水装置は、建物の床下換気口に設置して水の浸入を防止する床下換気口止水装置であって、該装置は枠部と蓋部とで構成し、前記枠部は、略中央部に換気口連通孔を穿設すると共に、一方の側面に前記換気口連通孔の開口縁を囲繞して床下換気口周縁と水密に当接する建物間シール部を形成し、他方の側面に蓋部の外端縁部を挿入可能で挿入により可及的に前記外端縁部が前記他方の側面を押圧する蓋部挿入溝を形成し、蓋部は、前記換気口連通孔を被覆する外形とし、一方の側面に前記枠部の前記他方の側面と水密に当接する枠部間シール部を形成し、前記枠部又は/及び前記枠部に装着した前記蓋部には前記蓋部挿入溝と対向する位置に前記蓋部を前記枠部に押圧して略固定する付勢固定部を形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
