UNDERWATER NON-SEPARABLE POROUS CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater non-separable porous concrete less in material separation even when installed in water and excellent in strength development property and durability.SOLUTION: There is provided an underwater non-separable porous concrete having unit quantity of cement of 125 to 950 kg/m, unit quantity of fine aggregate of 40 to 350 kg/m, unit quantity of coarse aggregate of 1100 to 2100 kg/m, unit quantity of water of 20 to 180 kg/m, unit quantity of a thickener or an underwater non-separable additive of 0.7 to 6.0 kg/mand blended amount of a high performance AE water-reducing agent of 1.7 to 6.0 mass% based on the cement. There is provided an underwater non-separable porous concrete having an inorganic additive of 40 pts.mass or less based on 100 pts.mass of total amount with the cement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水中に打設しても材料分離が少なく、強度発現性や耐久性に優れる水中不分離性ポーラスコンクリートの提供。【解決手段】セメントの単位量が125〜950kg/m3、細骨材の単位量が40〜350kg/m3、粗骨材の単位量が1100〜2100kg/m3、水の単位量が20〜180kg/m3、増粘剤又は水中不分離性混和剤の単位量が0.7〜6.0kg/m3、および高性能AE減水剤の配合量がセメントに対して1.7〜6.0質量%である水中不分離性ポーラスコンクリート。無機系混和材をセメントとの合計量100質量部に対して、40質量部以下の水中不分離性ポーラスコンクリート。【選択図】図1
