To provide an underwater non-separable material pumping method and an underwater non-separable material pumping system capable of efficiently pumping a cement-based material having underwater non-separability over a long distance with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An underwater inseparable material pumping method according to one embodiment of this invention is an underwater inseparable material pumping method in which a cement-based material M having underwater inseparability is pumped inside a pipe H, and comprises a step of injecting a liquid E having viscosity lower than that of the cement-based material M into the pipe H through a liquid injection pipe 13, and a step of adhering the injected liquid E to the inner surface S of the pipe H to form a lubricating layer L on the inner surface S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
