CO-ROTATION DETECTOR AND CO-ROTATION MONITORING METHOD OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT BLADE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-rotation detector of a ground improvement blade, which detects a rotation condition of a co-rotation prevention blade and securely sends a detection signal to a receiver on the ground in a ground improvement device equipped with an agitation blade, and a co-rotation monitoring method of the ground improvement blade.SOLUTION: A detected body made of magnet is installed on a co-rotation prevention blade 4 of a ground improvement device and a sensor consisting of coil is installed on a single body shaft. The ground improvement device detects a relative rotation of the single body shaft 1 and the co-rotation prevention blade 4 by detecting the magnet by the sensor and sends a detection signal by electric cable to a radio transmitter installed in a water swivel. The radio transmitter receives the detection signal and sends the signal via radio communication to a receiver installed around the ground improvement device. The receiver receives the detection signal, calculates a rotary speed of the relative rotation and rotary speed of the co-rotation prevention blade 4 by using the detection signal and displays these speeds on an indicator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】攪拌翼を有する地盤改良装置において、供回り防止翼の回転状況を検知し、地上の受信装置に検知信号を確実に送信する地盤改良翼の供回り検知装置及び地盤改良翼の供回り監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良装置の供回り防止翼4に磁石からなる被検知体を、単体軸にコイルからなるセンサーを設置する。センサーで磁石を検知することで、単体軸1と供回り防止翼4の相対回転を検知し、電線で、ウォータースイベル内に設置された無線発信器に検知信号として送信する。無線発信器は、この検知信号を受信して、無線通信で、地盤改良装置の周辺に設置した受信装置へ送信する。受信装置は、検知信号を受信する。そして、検知信号を利用して相対回転の回転速度、供回り防止翼4の回転速度等を求めて表示器に表示する。【選択図】図1
