ROTATION DETECTION DEVICE OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT BLADE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-rotation detection device of ground improvement blades in which a rotary situation of a co-rotation prevention blade is detected in a ground improvement device having stirring blades and a detection signal is reliably transmitted to a receiving device on the ground, and provide a co-rotation monitoring method of the ground improvement blades.SOLUTION: A detection object comprising an azimuth detector 24 is installed in a co-rotation prevention blade 4 of a ground improvement device, and a receiver 25 comprising coils is installed in a single axis. The azimuth detector 24 is detected by the receiver 25, and thereby the arrangement position of the single axis 1 and the co-rotation prevention blade 4 is grasped and the rotation can be detected. It is transmitted to a wireless transmitter 22 installed in a water swivel 10 by electric wire 23 as a detection signal. The wireless transmitter 22 receives this detection signal and transmits it to a receiving device 26 installed around the ground improvement device by wireless communication. The receiving device 26 receives the detection signal. Then, the rotational speed of the relative rotation and the arrangement position of the co-rotation prevention blade 4 are found by using the detection signal, and displayed in a display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】攪拌翼を有する地盤改良装置において、供回り防止翼の回転状況を検知し、地上の受信装置に検知信号を確実に送信する地盤改良翼の供回り検知装置及び地盤改良翼の供回り監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良装置の供回り防止翼4に方位検知器24からなる被検知体を、単体軸にコイルからなる受信器25を設置する。受信器25で方位検知器24を検知することで、単体軸1と供回り防止翼4の配置位置を把握し、その回転が検知できる。電線23で、ウォータースイベル10内に設置された無線発信器22に検知信号として送信する。無線発信器22は、この検知信号を受信して、無線通信で、地盤改良装置の周辺に設置した受信装置26へ送信する。受信装置26は、検知信号を受信する。そして、検知信号を利用して相対回転の回転速度、供回り防止翼4の配置位置を求めて表示器に表示する。【選択図】 図1
