PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher with a screen that captures contaminants in processed water with a screen part and raking the captured contaminants toward a crushing part by using a rotary rake part that prevents accumulation of a part of the contaminants on a downstream side of the screen part without flowing into the crushing part by being caught in rotation of the rake, by having the crusher perform a function to remove the contaminants accumulated in the screen part.SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, a crusher with a screen includes a screen part for capturing contaminants in processed water, a crushing part provided on a side of the screen part for crushing the contaminants, and a rotary rake part for raking the contaminants captured by the screen part toward the crushing part, the rotary rake part being rotatable in both normal and reverse directions. The contaminants accumulated in the screen part may be removed by inversely rotating the rotary rake part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】被処理水中の夾雑物をスクリーン部により捕捉し、捕捉した夾雑物を回転レーキ部により破砕部へ掻き寄せるスクリーン付破砕機において、夾雑物を掻き寄せる際に、夾雑物の一部がレーキの回転に巻き込まれて、破砕部に流入せずにスクリーン部の下流側に溜まることがある。本発明では、スクリーン部に堆積した夾雑物を取り除く機能を有するスクリーン付破砕機を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、被処理水中の夾雑物を捕捉するスクリーン部と、前記スクリーン部の一側方に設置され、夾雑物を破砕する破砕部と、スクリーン部で捕捉された夾雑物を破砕部へ掻き寄せる回転レーキ部と、を備え、回転レーキ部は、正転逆転運転可能であることを特徴とするスクリーン付破砕機を提供する。回転レーキ部を逆転運転することにより、スクリーン部に堆積した夾雑物を取り除くことができる。【選択図】図２
