To provide a crusher with a screen which can perform crush processing while reducing a load applied on a crusher main body when an operation of the crusher main body of the crusher with the screen is deviated from a normal operation, a control device of the crusher with the screen and an operation method of the crusher with the screen.SOLUTION: There are also provided a crusher 100A with a screen, a control device of the crusher with the screen, and an operation method of the crusher with the screen providing a crusher 1 for crushing contaminants G in a conduit, a screen part 2 for transferring the contaminants to the crusher, and a control part 3 for controlling operations of the crusher and the screen part. When an operation state of the crusher is changed from a normal operation, the control part changes the operation of the screen part. By this constitution, the operation method performs operation control for changing the operation state of the screen part according to the operation state of the crusher, limits a transfer amount of contaminants from the screen part, and can perform crush processing while reducing a load applied on the crusher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スクリーン付破砕機の破砕機本体の運転が通常運転から外れた際に、破砕機本体に係る負荷を低減させた状態で破砕処理を行うことのできるスクリーン付破砕機、スクリーン付破砕機の制御装置及びスクリーン付破砕機の運転方法の提供。【解決手段】水路内の夾雑物Ｇを破砕する破砕機１と、破砕機へ夾雑物を移送するスクリーン部２と、破砕機とスクリーン部の運転を制御する制御部３と、を備え、制御部は、破砕機の運転状態が通常運転から変更になった際、スクリーン部の運転を変更するスクリーン付破砕機１００Ａ、スクリーン付破砕機の制御装置及びスクリーン付破砕機の運転方法を提供する。これにより、破砕機の運転状態に応じて、スクリーン部の運転状態を変更する運転制御を行い、スクリーン部からの夾雑物の移送量を制限し、破砕機に係る負荷を低減させた状態で破砕処理を行うことができる。【選択図】図１
