To provide a crusher screen device having a function for removing contaminants on the screen device, and capable of reducing a load of the screen device in contaminant treatment in a conduit, a control device of the crusher screen device and an operation method of the crusher screen device.SOLUTION: There are also provided a crusher screen device, a control device of the crusher screen device and an operation method of the crusher screen device having a screen part 5 for transferring contaminants G in a conduit, and a control part for controlling an operation of the screen part. When the control part detects an overload at the screen part, the control part performs a reverse operation at an angle or larger per rotation (the number of pieces of rakes on a rotating face). By this constitution, the operation method performs the reverse operation by a predetermined angle, removes the contaminants being a factor of the overload of the screen part from a point at which an overload state is detected, and can perform processing while reducing a load applied on the screen device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水路中の夾雑物処理において、スクリーン装置上の夾雑物を取り除く機能を有し、スクリーン装置の負荷を低減することができる破砕機用スクリーン装置、破砕機用スクリーン装置の制御装置及び破砕機用スクリーン装置の運転方法を提供。【解決手段】水路内の夾雑物Ｇを移送するスクリーン部５と、スクリーン部の運転を制御する制御部とを備え、制御部は、スクリーン部で過負荷を検知した際、１回転／（回転面におけるレーキの枚数）の角度以上、逆転運転を行う破砕機用スクリーン装置、破砕機用スクリーン装置の制御装置及び破砕機用スクリーン装置の運転方法を提供する。これにより、逆転運転を所定の角度分行い、過負荷状態を検知した点からスクリーン部の過負荷の要因となる夾雑物を取り除き、スクリーン装置に係る負荷を低減させた状態で処理を行うことができる。【選択図】図２
