MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WATER CUTOFF MATERIAL FOR EXPANSION SPACING AND CLOTH HOSE CONSTITUTION BODY USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a water cutoff material for an expansion spacing capable of forming a uniform foaming material layer over the total length of the expansion spacing, by adjusting internal pressure.SOLUTION: In an arrangement process of internally storing an inner cloth hose 41 having a mesh area 41a for constituting a cloth hose constitution body 4 and arranging an outer cloth hose 42 having a mesh area 42a in an expansion spacing 2, a foaming material 5 is filled inside the inner cloth hose 41, and the foaming material 5 is filled inside the outer cloth hose 42 by overflowing to the inside of the outer cloth hose 42 via the mesh area 41a of the inner cloth hose 41 by foaming pressure of the foaming material 5 and/or injection pressure of the foaming material 5, and the foaming material 5 is also overflowed to at least the upper side of the outer cloth hose 42 via the mesh area 42a of the outer cloth hose 42 by the foaming pressure of the foaming material 5 and/or overflow pressure of the foaming material 5, and a water cutoff material 3 is formed by expanding and hardening the overflowed foaming material 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】内部圧力の調整を行うことを可能にすることによって、遊間全長に亘って均一な発泡材層を形成することができる遊間用止水材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】布ホース構成体4を構成する、網目領域41aを有するインナー布ホース41を内部に収容した、網目領域42aを有するアウター布ホース42を遊間2に配置する配置工程と、発泡材料5をインナー布ホース41の内部に充填し、発泡材料5を発泡材料5の発泡圧力及び/又は発泡材料5の注入圧力によってインナー布ホース41の網目領域41aを介してアウター布ホース42の内部に溢出させることによってアウター布ホース42の内部に充填し、さらに、発泡材料5を発泡材料5の発泡圧力及び/又は発泡材料5の溢出圧力によってアウター布ホース42の網目領域42aを介してアウター布ホース42の少なくとも上方側に溢出させ、溢出した発泡材料5を膨張、硬化させて止水材3を形成する。【選択図】図4
