PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house such that a space before entrances of two apartments adjoining each other on the same floor can be made into a common space or independent spaces as residents desire.SOLUTION: An apartment house (1) comprises first and second apartments (11, 12) which adjoin each other and are provided with individual entrance doors respectively. The apartment house (1) comprises: a partition wall (6) which can shift in position between a parting position where an entrance space (21a) of the first apartment and an entrance space (31a) of the second apartment are parted, and a joining position where the entrance space (21a) of the first apartment and the entrance space (31a) of the second apartment are united together; and a positioning member for positioning the partition wall (6) at the parting position or joining position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】居住者の希望に合わせて、同一フロアにおいて互いに隣接する２住戸の玄関前空間を共有空間としたり独立空間としたりすることのできる集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅（１）は、互いに隣接し、それぞれの玄関扉が個別に設けられた第１および第２の住戸（１１，１２）を備えている。集合住宅（１）は、第１の住戸の玄関前空間（２１ａ）と第２の住戸の玄関前空間（３１ａ）とを分断する分断位置と、第１の住戸の玄関前空間（２１ａ）と第２の住戸の玄関前空間（３１ａ）とを一体化された空間として接合する接合位置とに位置変更可能な隔壁（６）と、隔壁（６）の位置を、分断位置と接合位置とに位置決めするための位置決め部材とを備える。【選択図】図１
