To provide an apartment house with partition walls which has an increased degree of freedom of choices of finishing and has an ornament or design at a common part while maintaining a fireproof efficiency and restricting a thickness of walls in the partition wall dividing the common part and a dwelling part formed in indoor space of the apartment house.SOLUTION: In an apartment house 1 having a partition wall 5 dividing inside space enclosed by an outer peripheral wall 2 into a dwelling part 4 and a common part 3, the partition wall 5 comprises a first wall having a first face material and a first substrate material and a second wall having a second face material opposite to the first face material and a second substrate material to which the second face material is mounted. The first substrate material and the second substrate material are installed between the first face material and the second face material in the state of being spaced apart from each other. The first wall is provided at the dwelling part 4 side while having a fireproof efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集合住宅の屋内空間に形成された共用部と住戸部とを区画する区画壁において、耐火性を保ち且つ壁の厚みを抑えつつも、仕上げの選択の自由度が増し共用部に装飾性や意匠性を持たせることができる区画壁を備えた集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】外周壁２に囲まれた内部空間を住戸部４と共用部３とに区画する区画壁５を有する集合住宅１であって、区画壁５は、第１の面材と、第１の下地材と、を有する第１壁部と、第１の面材に対向する第２の面材と、第２の面材が取り付けられる第２の下地材と、を有する第２壁部と、を備え、第１の下地材及び第２の下地材は、第１の面材と第２の面材との間に、互いに離隔した状態で立設されており、第１壁部は、耐火性能を有するとともに、住戸部４側に設けられている、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
