HEAT INSULATION PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain heat insulation performance at a constant level irrespective of an experience and capability of a constructor.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel 1 serves as a foundation of a wall 10 of a building by being installed between a pair of columns 11, 12 so as to be embedded from an outdoor OUT side. The heat insulation panel 1 comprises: a bearing face material 2 that is a plate which is fixed to faces of a pair of the columns 11, 12 at the outdoor OUT side; a wooden frame 3 which is fixed to a face of the bearing face material 2 at an indoor IN side, and inserted between a pair of the columns 11, 12; a wooden heat insulation material 4 which is embedded into the wooden frame 3, and inserted between a pair of the columns 11, 12 together with the wooden frame 3; and a moisture permeation sheet 5 which covers the indoor IN side of the wooden heat insulation material 4 so as to directly contact with the wooden heat insulation material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工者の経験や能力に関係なく断熱性能を一定の水準に保つ。【解決手段】断熱パネル１は、対の柱１１，１２の間に室外ＯＵＴ側から埋め込まれるように架設されることで建物の壁１０の下地となる。この断熱パネル１は、対の柱１１，１２の室外ＯＵＴ側の面に固定される板である耐力面材２と、この耐力面材２の室内ＩＮ側の面に固定されており、対の柱１１，１２の間に挿入される木枠３と、この木枠３内に嵌め込まれており、木枠３と共に対の柱１１，１２の間に挿入される木質断熱材４と、この木質断熱材４に直接接するように木質断熱材４の室内ＩＮ側を被覆している透湿シート５と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
