HEAT INSULATION PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel superior in dimensional accuracy with little warp while satisfying flame retardancy or incombustible required for residential building materials.SOLUTION: The heat insulation panel includes: a steel plate 3 bonded with a flame retardancy or incombustible sheet 2 on the surface, and a pair of opposite end portions 3a are folded back toward the rear face side; an iron foil 4 which is disposed as a rear face material at open side 3b between the end portions 3a; and a resin foam 5 filled in a cavity portion 3c between the iron foil 4 and rear face side of the steel plate 3. The iron foil 4 and the steel plate 3 are closely integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 住宅用建材に要求される難燃性または不燃性と軽量さを両立させつつ、しかも反りが少なく寸法精度が優れた断熱パネルを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 難燃性または不燃性のシート2が表面に貼着された鋼板3の一対の対向する両端部3aが裏面側に折り曲げられ、両端部間3aの開放側3bに裏面材として鉄箔4が配置され、該鉄箔4と鋼板3裏面側との空隙部3cに樹脂発泡体5が充填され、鉄箔4および鋼板3と密着一体化されている。【選択図】図1
