METHOD FOR FIRING CEMENT CLINKER AND FIRING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the content of SOin a cement clinker at a low cost while maintaining the stable driving of a cement firing device.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for firing a cement clinker where a waste gypsum board W is crushed, the crushed matter CW is classified into coarse grains C and fine grains F, and the fine grains are blown from the aisle of a cement kiln via a blowing nozzle, the average blowing position of the fine grains is controlled to a region of 1,300°C or higher to lower than 1,400°C of the cement kiln. In the case the firing temperature is 1,300°C to 1,400°C, a large part of SOin the gypsum enters into a solid solution in the clinker, and, in the case the firing temperature is 1,450°C, there hardly occurs a change in the content of the SOin the clinker before and after the firing, and a large part of the SOin the gypsum volatiles. By controlling the blowing speed in the blowing nozzle, the average blowing position of the fine grains can be controlled to the above-mentioned region, after the fine grains are crushed or granulated, the blowing can be performed in such a manner that the average blowing position of the fine grains reaches the above-mentioned region via the blowing nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメント焼成装置の安定運転を維持しながら、低コストでセメントクリンカのSO3含有率を高める。【解決手段】廃石膏ボードWを破砕し、破砕物CWを粗粒Cと細粒Fとに分級し、細粒をセメントキルンの窯前から吹き込みノズルを介して吹き込むにあたり、細粒の平均吹き込み位置をセメントキルンの1300℃以上1400℃未満の領域とするセメントクリンカの焼成方法。焼成温度が1300℃〜1400℃の場合には、石膏中のSO3の大部分がクリンカへ固溶し、焼成温度が1450℃の場合には、焼成前後でクリンカのSO3含有率にあまり変化がなく、石膏中のSO3の大部分が揮発してしまう。吹き込みノズルにおける吹き込み速度を調整することで細粒の平均吹き込み位置を前記領域にすることができ、細粒を粉砕又は造粒した後、吹き込みノズルを介して細粒の平均吹き込み位置が前記領域になるように吹き込むことができる。【選択図】図1
