PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a display device which displays toward the outside of an outside wall in a condition in which natural illumination through a window part and visibility from an indoor side are not degraded, relating to a building equipped with the outside wall provided with a window part at which an outside wall panel body faces a residential space and a spandrel part at which the outside wall panel body faces a skeleton structure.SOLUTION: An outside wall panel body 4A of a window part 1A and an outside wall panel body 4B of a spandrel part 1B are partitioned with a transom 3, meanwhile, a space part between the partitioned outside wall panel body 4B of the spandrel part 1B and a skeleton structure 5 is employed as a display panel device arrangement part 18, and at the display panel device arrangement part 18, a display device 17 which displays toward the outside of the outdoor wall is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外壁パネル体が居住空間に対向する窓部と、外壁パネル体が躯体構造物に対向するスパンドレル部とを設けた外壁を備えた建物において、外壁の屋外側に向けて表示を行う表示装置を、外壁パネル体の屋内側において、窓部の採光や屋内側からの視認性を損なうことのない状態で配設する。【解決手段】窓部１Ａの外壁パネル体４Ａとスパンドレル部１Ｂの外壁パネル体４Ｂとを無目３によって区画する一方、該区画されたスパンドレル部１Ｂの外壁パネル体４Ｂと躯体構造物５との間の空間部を表示パネル装置配設部１８とし、該表示パネル装置配設部１８に、外壁の屋外側に向けて表示を行う表示装置１７を配設した。【選択図】図２
