CONCRETE ANTI-PEELING MATERIAL WITH WATER CONVEYANCE FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AS WELL AS CONCRETE ANTI-PEELING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete anti-peeling material with a water conveyance film, the material that has a sufficient load bearing performance to the peeling of a concrete piece, has inexpensive and good workability having a water conveyance function, and can be used for an anti-peeling construction method of a tunnel, and provide its manufacturing method as well as a concrete anti-peeling method.SOLUTION: A concrete anti-peeling material 10 with a water conveyance film is provided for being fixed in a concrete face to prevent peeling of concrete from the concrete face, and for conducting water leakage from the concrete face into the lower part. The concrete anti-peeling material has: FRP grid reinforcement 100 formed by disposing a reinforcing bar being fiber reinforced resin in a grid pattern; a net-like object 3 provided at one side of the FRP grid reinforcement 100, and having a square smaller than the square of the FRP grid reinforcement 100; and a water conveyance film 4 having a thickness of the net-like object 3 at the side opposite to the FRP grid reinforcement 100 of 0.01-0.1 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート片の剥落に対しても十分な耐荷重性能を有し、且つ、導水機能を有した、安価なしかも良好な施工性を有するトンネルの剥落防止工法などに使用することのできる導水フィルム付きコンクリート剥落防止材及びその製造方法、並びに、コンクリート剥落防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート面に固定してコンクリート面からのコンクリートの剥落を防止すると共に、コンクリート面からの漏水を下方へと導水するための導水フィルム付きコンクリート剥落防止材１０であって、繊維強化樹脂である補強筋を格子状に配置して形成されたＦＲＰ格子筋１００と、ＦＲＰ格子筋１００の一側に設けられ、ＦＲＰ格子筋１００の升目より小さい升目を有した網状物３と、網状物３の、ＦＲＰ格子筋１００とは反対側に設けられた厚さが０．０１〜０．１ｍｍとされる導水フィルム４と、を有した導水フィルム付きコンクリート剥落防止材である。【選択図】図１
