TENSIONING FORCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioning force management system capable of providing tensioning force in a measurement point on a PC cable in a tensioning process for a PC cable to be installed in a prestressed concrete structure.SOLUTION: A tensioning force management system 10 is formed of a low heat-conductivity temperature measurement sheet installed on an inner peripheral surface of a connection sheath 15 at a predetermined point of a PC cable 12, a plurality of thermocouples attached to the temperature measurement sheet and detecting a change in a temperature difference between inner and outer surfaces of the temperature measurement sheet (a change in a heat flux inside the connection sheath 15) generated in a tensioning process for the PC cable 12, and a temperature data logger 23 for displaying a change in the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the temperature measurement sheet (a change in the heat flux inside the connection sheath 15) in the tensioning process detected by these thermocouples. The tensioning force management system 10 calculates a substantial tensioning force of the PC cable 12 at the predetermined point detected by the thermocouples on the basis of the relationship between the change in the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the temperature measurement sheet and an assumed tensioning force of the PC cable 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】プレストレスト・コンクリート構造物に施設されるPCケーブルの緊張過程において、PCケーブルの測定箇所における緊張力を得ることができる緊張力管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】緊張力管理システム10は、PCケーブル12の所定の箇所における接続シース15の内周面に設置された低熱伝導率の測温シートと、測温シートに取り付けられてPCケーブル12の緊張過程において生じる測温シートの内外面の温度差の変化(接続シース15内部の熱流束の変化)を検出する複数の熱電対と、それら熱電対が検出した緊張過程における測温シートの内外面の温度差の変化(接続シース15内部の熱流束の変化)を表示する温度データロガー23とから形成され、測温シートの内外面の温度差の変化とPCケーブル12の想定緊張力との関係に基づいて、それら熱電対が検出した所定の箇所におけるPCケーブル12の実質緊張力を算出する。【選択図】図4
