HEAD PART COVER FOR STEEL PIPE PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head part cover, inexpensively manufacturable, and easy in handling, by securing tight fitting in response to it even when a steel pipe pile is not complete round, by tightly and stably fitting to an inner surface of the steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A head part cover for a steel pipe pile put on a head part of the installed steel pipe pile when constructing a foundation of a structure on its steel pipe pile by installing the steel pipe pile in the ground, comprises a flange part 2 of the circular contour formed by press-working a steel plate and having an outer diameter D larger than an inner diameter of at least the steel pipe pile and a substantially triangular cylindrical recess part 4 formed on the inside of its flange part 2 and forming a substantially triangular shape of a circular arc shape in both corner parts 3 of three places in a plan view. The recess part 4 of the substantially triangular cylindrical shape is a shape of having a contour dimension pressed in an inner surface of the steel pipe pile in the circular arc-shaped corner parts 3 of the three places when putting the head part cover on a head part of the steel pipe pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管杭の内面に緊密にかつ安定して嵌合し、鋼管杭が真円でない場合でもそれに対応して緊密な嵌合を確保でき、安価に製作でき、取り扱いが容易な頭部蓋を提供する。【解決手段】地中に鋼管杭を打設し、その鋼管杭の上に構造物の基礎を施工する際に、打設した鋼管杭の頭部に被せる鋼管杭用の頭部蓋であって、鋼板をプレス加工してなり、少なくとも鋼管杭の内径より大きな外径Dを有する円形輪郭の鍔部2と、その鍔部2の内側に形成された、平面視で3カ所の角部3がいずれも円弧状の略三角形をなす略三角形筒状のヘコミ部4とを有する。前記略三角形筒状のヘコミ部4は、当該頭部蓋を鋼管杭の頭部に被せた時に、前記3カ所の円弧状角部3において鋼管杭の内面に圧入される輪郭寸法を有する形状である。【選択図】図1
