PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded-plate roof structure, which improves load bearing force even though a folded-plate that is inadequate for weld fastening is used, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: Long folded-plates as roof boards made of plated steel plates are arranged on a folded-plate roof structure. A local weld part 5A is disposed between a rise central part or a rise lower part of a connector 23 with a key-shaped cross section and the folded-plate connection part; or a local weld part 5B is disposed between a rise upper part of the connector 23 with a key-shaped cross section and the folded-plate connection part so that the folded-plate connection part is bent and rolled together along the key-shaped cross section of the connector 23 with a key-shaped cross section; or a local weld part 5C is disposed between a horizontal extension part 232D of a cross connector 23D that has a cross-shaped cross section in the adjacent direction and the folded plate connection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、溶接固着に向かない折板を用いながらも、負圧耐力を向上させた折板屋根構造及びその施工方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の目的は、メッキ鋼板で形成された長尺な屋根板たる折板が並んだ折板屋根構造において、断面かぎ状連結具23の立ち上がり中央部若しくは立ち上がり下部と前記折板連結部との間に局所的な溶接部5Aが設けられてなり、若しくは、前記かぎ状連結具23の断面かぎ形状に沿って前記折板連結部が屈曲及び巻き込んだ状態にして前記かぎ状連結具23の立ち上がり上部と前記折板連結部との間に局所的な溶接部5Bが設けられてなり、若しくは前記隣接方向の断面形状が十字型である十字連結具23Dの水平延設部232Dと前記折板連結部との間に局所的な溶接部5Cが設けられてなることを特徴とする折板屋根構造としたことによって達成される。【選択図】図1
