FOLDED-PLATE ROOF STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded-plate roof structure, along with a construction method thereof, that enhance negative pressure bearing capacity of an intermediate cleat even when a folded plate is used that is formed by a plated steel plate unfit for welding, with two or more trough parts.SOLUTION: A folded-plate roof structure of the present invention having a long folded roof plate made of a plated steel plate lined up next to each other includes, when a longer-side direction of a folded plate 3 is designated as a longitudinal direction and a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction as a cross-sectional direction, the folded plate 3 having a cross-sectional form with two or more folded-plate trough parts 32 in the cross-sectional direction, and a tightening force receiving skeleton 1 over which a long folded-plate crest part 33 is spanned between the folded-plate trough parts 32, the tightening force receiving skeleton having an intermediate cleat 12 provided thereon. A long folded-plate fitting part 331 formed on the folded-plate crest part 33 is fitted on the intermediate cleat 12. A folded-back part of the long folded plate constituting the folded-plate fitting part 331 includes a location with a locally welded part 5A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、溶接固着に向かないメッキ鋼板で形成された2以上の谷部を有する折板を用いながらも、中間吊子部分の負圧耐力を向上させた折板屋根構造及びその施工方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の目的は、メッキ鋼板で形成された長尺な屋根板たる折板が並んだ折板屋根構造において、折板3の長尺方向を長手方向と称し、該長手方向に直交する方向を断面方向と称することとしたときに、折板3は断面方向に2以上の折板谷部32を有する断面形状にして、折板谷部32の間に存する長尺である折板山部33が跨る緊締受け躯体1上には中間吊子12が設けられ、中間吊子12には折板山部33に形成されている長尺な折板嵌合部331が嵌合する構成にして、折板嵌合部331を形成する長尺な折板折り返し部に局所的な溶接部5Aが形成されている箇所を有してなることを特徴とする折板屋根構造としたことによって達成される。【選択図】図1
