PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded-plate roof structure, which improves load bearing force even though a folded-plate that is inadequate for weld fastening is used, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A folded-plate 3 and an adjacent folded-plate 4 as long roof boards made of plated steel plates are adjacently arranged with a connector 23, which is appropriately disposed in the long direction, therebetween on a folded-plate roof structure. A local weld part 5A is formed between the folded-plate connection parts 31 and 41, which are rolled together and held by the connector 23, and the connector 23 in connection of adjacent two folded-plate connection parts 31 and 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、溶接固着に向かない折板を用いながらも、負圧耐力を向上させた折板屋根構造及びその施工方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の目的は、メッキ鋼板で形成された長尺な屋根板たる折板3と隣接折板4が、前記長尺な方向に適宜設けられた連結具23を間に介して互いに隣接する折板屋根構造において、隣接する2つの折板連結部31と41同士の連結であって、連結具23に折り込まれて保持されている前記折板連結部31と41及び前記連結具23との間に局所的な溶接部5Aが形成されてなることを特徴とする折板屋根構造としたことによって達成される。【選択図】図1
