FLOOR MATERIAL JOINT STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material joint structure, which reduces labour of painting and makes a clearance hard to see and improves appearance, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A male tongue part 3 and a female tongue part 5, which engage with each other, are formed on end surfaces facing each other of floor materials 1 that are adjacently disposed in a floor material joint structure. Recesses 6A, 6B, which are lack along the male tongue part 3 and the female tongue part 5, are formed on upper end surfaces 2A, 2B facing each other above the male tongue part 3 and the female tongue part 5. A space 8 is formed below a joint clearance 7 generated between surfaces of the floor materials 1 on both sides by the recesses 6A, 6B facing each other. The space 8 has a flexible sheet member 9, which covers the joint clearance 7 from below along inner upper surface of recesses 6A, 6B on at least one side. The sheet member 9 has a cross section that is bent into chevron shape and covers the joint clearance 7 around apex of the chevron shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塗装の手間を減らし、より隙間を目立ちにくく見栄えを向上させる床材接合構造及び同構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】隣接して敷設された床材1の相対向する木口面に、互いに嵌合する雄実部3と雌実部5とが設けられている床材接合構造において、雄実部3及び雌実部5よりも上方の相対向する上側木口面2A、2Bに、雄実部3及び雌実部5に沿って欠如された凹所6A、6Bが形成され、相対向する凹所6A、6Bによって、両側の床材1の表面間に生じる目隙7の下方にスペース8が形成されており、スペース8は、少なくとも一方の凹所6A、6Bの内上面に沿って目隙7をその下方から塞ぐ柔軟なシート部材9を備え、シート部材9は、断面が山型に屈曲した形状で、山型の頂部付近で目隙7を塞ぐものであることを特徴とする床材接合構造。【選択図】図1
