PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of most of conventional physical keys and electronic keys widespread recently on difficulty at the time of forgetting carriage of a key, on difficulty in unlocking by a person other than a resident, causing inconvenience, for example, at the time of a relative's unexpected visit during the resident's absence, or on labor and time required in an apartment caretaker's accompanying a person making a preliminary inspection for moving into a rental apartment.SOLUTION: A wireless communication circuit and a ten-key are built inside a door knob. A code number for unlocking a door is temporarily set in a lock management server possessed by a housing manager. The code number is input using the ten-key and transmitted from the door knob to the lock management server to enable unlocking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】旧来からの物理的鍵や近年普及している電子キーの多くは、鍵の携帯を忘れた時や、居住者以外の人による開錠は困難で、居住者が外出中に親族 の不意の来客があったりしたときは不便であった。また、賃貸アパートの入居するための下見にアパート管理者が同行することも手間であった。【解決手段】ドアノブの内部に無線通信回路とテンキーを内蔵し、住宅管理者が所有の錠管理サーバーにドア開錠のための暗証番号を一時的にその暗証番号をテンキーで入力し、ドアノブから錠管理サーバーへ送信することで開錠を可能にする。【選択図】図２
