To provide a multiple dwelling house realizing a proper living space by eliminating or decreasing beams extending in a dwelling unit.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house having a common zone 2 and a plurality of dwelling units 3a to 3d in one floor includes: a central column 7 provided in the floor; and a cruciform inside frame comprising a first group 8 of structure members extending in one direction and a second group 9 of structure members extending in a direction perpendicular to the one direction around the central column 7. The first group 8 of structure members and the second group 9 of structure members comprise a plurality of beams or a plurality of earthquake resistant walls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】住戸内において延びる梁を無くすか、または少なくして、良好な居住空間を実現する集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】１フロアに共用ゾーン２と複数の住戸３ａ〜３ｄとを有する集合住宅が、フロアに設けられている中央柱７と、中央柱７を中心として一方向に延びる第１の構造部材群８および前記一方向に直交する方向に延びる第２の構造部材群９からなる、十字形の内部架構と、を有し、第１の構造部材群８および第２の構造部材群９は、複数の梁または複数の耐震壁からなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
