PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint device for a wall surface capable of absorbing an earthquake motion without getting damaged, even when used on a structure such as an intermediate layer base isolation structure and a roof base isolation structure.SOLUTION: A joint device for a wall surface is for closing a joint part between top and bottom building frames, and comprises: a link member with a plurality of pivot parts that have a top edge part fitted on either of the top and bottom building frames through an upper hinge member and a bottom edge part fitted on the other of the top and bottom building frames through a lower hinge member; a plurality of bar members pivoted respectively on the pivot parts of the link member and extending in a right-left direction; and a plurality of joint covers fixed respectively on an end of the plurality of bar members for covering the joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 中間層免震構造や屋根免震構造等の構造物に用いた場合であっても、破損等することなく地震等による揺れ動きを吸収できる壁面用目地装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 上下の躯体間の目地部を塞ぐ壁面用目地装置であって、前記上下の躯体間の一方の躯体にその上端部が上部のヒンジ部材を介して取付けられ、その下端部が他方の躯体に下部のヒンジ部材を介して取り付けられた複数の枢支部を有するリンク部材と、該リンク部材の前記枢支部にそれぞれ枢支され、かつ左右方向に延びる複数のバー部材と、該複数のバー部材に一端部がそれぞれ固定され、目地部を塞ぐ複数の目地カバーとから成る。【選択図】 図１
