To make it possible to appropriately deal with a state that has occurred at a stocker.SOLUTION: If a stocker detects opening of a door by unlocking control of the door of a delivery room of the stocker (100), the stocker starts measuring a time while the door is kept open (S110), and transmits notice indicating continuation of the open state of the door to a stocker management device (S150) if it keeps detecting the open state of the door for a prescribed open time or more (S120, S130). 【課題】ストッカで生じた事態に適切な対応を可能とする。【解決手段】ストッカの納品庫の扉を解錠制御して扉の開放が検知されると（Ｓ１００）、扉の開放時間の計測を開始し（Ｓ１１０）、所定の開放時間以上に亘って扉の開放が検知され続けている場合に（Ｓ１２０，Ｓ１３０）、扉の開放状態が継続している旨の通知をストッカ管理装置に送信する（Ｓ１５０）。これにより、扉が開放されたままとなっている事態に適切に対応することが可能となる。【選択図】図３
